Submission
Terms

Last updated · 8 May 2026
By sending us a photo, you agree to these terms. They're not long. Read them, and feel good about what you're doing: you're helping us put together one of the best 30th anniversary tours we could ask for.

1. Your photo, your rules

You confirm that:

2. The licence you grant us

When you submit a photo, you grant B21 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:

You keep your copyright. You can withdraw the licence at any time by emailing us at [email protected]; see our Privacy Policy.

Plain English: we're not buying the photo from you. You still own it. We just have your permission to put it on screen at our shows and online for the anniversary tour. You can pull that permission whenever you want.

3. What we won't do with your photo

We won't:

4. What we'll reject

We'll reject any photo that:

We can reject any submission for any reason, without notice. We don't have to explain why. Rejected photos stay on our server for 7 days in case of mistakes, then are automatically deleted.

5. No payment

This is a fan engagement project for the 30th anniversary tour. There's no payment for submissions, and none expected. Submitting is entirely voluntary and out of love for what we've built together over thirty years.

6. We make no promises about display

We can't guarantee whether or how your photo will be displayed. Sometimes approved photos may not appear at every show due to:

We'll do our best to feature as many as we can.

7. Limitation of liability

We're a band, not a corporation, and this is a fan project. To the extent allowed by law, B21 isn't liable for:

You agree to indemnify B21 against claims from third parties that your submission breaches these terms (for example, a copyright claim from someone whose photo you actually submitted).

Nothing in these terms limits liability for things the law says can't be limited (death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud).

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when. Continued use of the submission form after we update these terms means you accept the updated version.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.

10. Questions or deletions

For any questions about these terms, or to request deletion of a photo you've submitted, email us at [email protected]. There's also a deletion request page with the email pre-filled if that's easier.
