• We do not collect, store, or process personal data on our servers.

Data We Handle (on device only)

• Imported audio files: When you choose files via the Files app, the app copies them into its private storage for reliable playback. These copies stay on your device and are marked “do not back up.”
• Apple Music / Media Library items (optional): With permission, the app can read playlist names, track titles, durations, and local library URLs to play content. We cannot access DRM-protected file contents.
• Playback state: Current track index, elapsed time, and duration are kept in memory to operate the player.
• Connectivity status: The app checks Wi-Fi/cellular reachability on device to show an airplane-mode reminder. Nothing is transmitted.

What We Do Not Collect

• No names, emails, phone numbers, contacts, or location.
• No device identifiers for advertising.
• No analytics events or third-party SDK tracking.

Permissions We Request

• Media & Apple Music (optional): To list on-device playlists and play items you select.
• Files and Folders: To copy audio you choose into the app’s storage for offline reliability.

Data Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties. The app does not transmit your data to our servers.

Retention & Deletion

• Imported audio remains on your device until you delete it or use Clear All Data in the app.
• Clear All Data resets the player, clears the current setlist, and deletes imported files stored by the app.
• Deleting the app removes all app data stored on your device.

Children’s Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information.

Your Rights

We don’t hold personal data on servers. To remove data, use Clear All Data or uninstall the app. For questions, contact us below.
